Our body is a wonderful and complex "machine", but like any other "machine" we have to take care of it or it will sooner or later fail us. A holistic health practitioner looks at a client from different angles and tries to understand the person as a "whole". By finding weak spots and neutralizing them. We often have astonishing results and can help the body to heal from within.


Your initial visit will include all or some of the following;

1) Body composition analysis

2) Urine analysis

3) Blood Pressure and Puls Oximetry

4) Up to an hour of one on one visit with Dr. Moshrefi to discuss your history, labs and any concerns you may have.

5) Creating a personalized action plan for you

In order for us at Holistic Healing Health to make your visit a success, we need you to do the following prior to your visit;

1) Please fill out the information and history packet that you received in the mail completely, prior to your appointment. We ask you to do this due to time constraints, if you have not completed the packet at the time of your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

2) Please get a copy of any labs or any other studies that you may have done in the past year and bring it with you to your initial visit.

3) Fill out the form with your prescription meds and/ or any other supplements. Bring the actual bottles with you.

4) Remember we will need a urine sample.

5) Please arrive Ten to Fifteen minutes early and allow approximately an hour and a half for your appointment.

Due to the fact that we do not piggy-back our schedule, we do require a minimum of 24 hours cancelation and/or rescheduling notice. Other wise we will have to bill you for the appointment at the regular rate.
